Walther Colt M4 OPS .22 LR Rimfire Rifle

The Walther Colt M4 OPS is an officially licensed .22 Long Rifle semi-automatic carbine built by Walther under Colt authorisation. The OPS configuration extends the standard M4 Carbine platform with additional accessory provisions — including a vertical fore-grip, extended fore-end rail sections, and an enhanced accessory layout — presenting a more fully equipped AR-style platform while retaining the proven .22 LR operating system and low-recoil, economical operation of the core M4 design.

The aluminium upper and lower receiver construction keeps the total weight practical for extended range sessions, while the six-position collapsible stock provides straightforward length-of-pull adjustment to suit different shooter builds. The standard M4 control layout — charging handle, safety, and magazine release — is positioned consistently with the service carbine, supporting effective familiarisation and training utility.

Multiple rail sections accommodate fore-end accessories, optics, and lights in configurations commonly used in training and range formats. The flat-top receiver Picatinny rail accepts full-size optical and red dot systems appropriate to AR-platform use. A detachable magazine feeds from the M4-pattern lower with positive engagement.
