The LRP configuration introduces three significant performance upgrades over the standard 457 variants that collectively make it the most capable .22 LR in this collection.

The MATCH chamber is cut to tighter tolerances than the standard .22 LR chamber — reducing headspace variation and cartridge wobble that can affect bullet alignment at the moment of firing. The 20-inch heavy, fluted, cold-hammer-forged barrel maximises sight radius for precise optics mounting, provides superior heat dissipation during rapid-fire competition strings, and the fluting reduces weight compared to a solid heavy barrel while maintaining rigidity. The barrel is threaded at the muzzle for suppressor or muzzle device attachment.
