The CZ Scorpion EVO 3 S1 is the semi-automatic civilian derivation of the CZ Scorpion EVO 3 — a blowback-operated, polymer-framed 9mm submachine gun that has been adopted by special operations and law enforcement units across more than 30 countries. The S1 retains every operational characteristic of the service weapon, delivering a compact, highly controllable, and extensively modifiable platform in 9mm.The 7.72-inch cold-hammer-forged barrel is threaded for both 18×1 RH and ½×28 accessory mounting, concealed beneath a removable flash hider. A full-length 11-inch Picatinny rail across the top of the receiver provides immediate scope and red dot compatibility, while additional short rails on the sides and a segment below accommodate lights, lasers, and grips. The polymer frame integrates accessory mounting throughout the forend and is equipped with a hand stop as standard.Ambidextrous controls throughout — thumb safety, paddle magazine release, and swappable non-reciprocating charging handle — ensure equal functionality for left and right-handed operators. The reach to the trigger is adjustable for different hand sizes. Fully adjustable mechanical sights offer four rear aperture sizes from large for close engagement to small for precision work at distance.At 5 lbs, the S1 balances pointability with controllability in a 16-inch overall platform. The 20-round magazine (two included) provides meaningful capacity for the intended defensive and sport applications. Finished in matte black as standard; also available in FDE and ODG. A comprehensive aftermarket ecosystem — stocks, braces, grips, handguards, triggers, and magazines — makes the Scorpion one of the most adaptable 9mm platforms available.
