The GLOCK G48 MOS is the optics-ready configuration of GLOCK's acclaimed Slimline series, purpose-engineered for concealed carry shooters who refuse to compromise between capacity, form factor, and optics compatibility. The G48 occupies a unique dimensional niche: the overall length and height of the compact G19, combined with the dramatically reduced 28mm width of GLOCK's Slimline profile. This allows a meaningful reduction in holster printing and waistband comfort without sacrificing the 4.17-inch barrel length that characterises the G19's ballistic performance envelope.The Modular Optic System (MOS) factory-milled slide accepts micro-reflex optics in the Shield RMSc footprint — a non-standard MOS footprint specific to the Slimline series. The factory-cut slide keeps the optic as low as possible over the bore axis, preserving a natural co-witness with the standard GLOCK sights visible through the optic lens. No adapter plates are included; optic selection must be compatible with the Shield RMSc mounting pattern.The Gen5 GLOCK Marksman Barrel (GMB) applies enhanced polygonal rifling for improved accuracy. The slim mounting rail below the barrel accommodates compact tactical lights and accessories without compromising the pistol's slim profile. Reversible magazine catch, precision-milled front serrations, and built-in beavertail complete the Gen5 Slimline specification. Made in Austria.
